Michael James has been appointed as the new General Manager for Betafence South Africa (Pty) Ltd as from 01 June 2009. The company has recently experienced good growth despite the recession and is currently the flagship operation for the Group in the developing market sector.
James, who joined the company in 2006 as Sales Manager and was then promoted to Commercial Manager , is excited about his new role as General Manager.
"The company has a challenging road ahead and although we have shown good results we do need to tighten our belts and implement efficient and cost effective production measures," says James.
